Terra Equity Group nurtures relationships to find off-market real estate opportunities in emerging markets and increase its value through creative strategies. We had to create an identity for Terra that was more corporate but still modern and minimal. Brand’s imagery had to represent “green communities” with family-centric approach making Terra’s spaces sustainable, improved value and safe. We were asked to define their branding experience, create a logo, and brand guidelines. In addition to this, design stationery and marketing materials that matched Terra’s style.
